2. Use of the products — read this first
Research use only — Not for human or veterinary use
For laboratory research only — not for use in humans or animals
All products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research. They are not medicines, food supplements, cosmetics or foods. They have not been approved by the EOF (Greek National Organization for Medicines), the EMA or the FDA for use in humans or animals, they are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of any condition, and they must under no circumstances be administered to a human or an animal.
By placing an order you declare that:
- you are at least 18 years of age;
- you are acquiring the products exclusively for lawful research or analytical use;
- you have the knowledge and facilities to handle them safely;
- you will not administer them to a human or an animal, nor resell them for such a purpose.
No information on the website constitutes medical advice or a health claim. References to published literature describe research findings and do not imply suitability for use in humans.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros. The final price of each order is calculated by the server at the time of submission and is shown in detail on the review screen before the order is finalised: the price of each product with and without discount, discount coupons, shipping and any surcharges.
No charge is finalised before you confirm that you have reviewed this breakdown.
4. Shipping and delivery

- Free shipping on orders of 2 vials or more.
- Where shipping is free, the cash-on-delivery fee is also waived, as is any other shipping surcharge.
Shipping is carried out by a partner courier. The delivery time depends on the courier and is not guaranteed by us as a deadline.
5. Payment
Payment is made by cash on delivery, in cash to the courier upon delivery. Any additional payment methods will be shown at checkout; anything that does not appear there is not offered.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason, in accordance with Law 2251/1994. A statement sent to ellinikapeptidia@gmail.com is sufficient.
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with its seal intact. Sealed products whose seal has been broken are excluded from the right of withdrawal for reasons of health protection (Article 3ιβ΄ of Law 2251/1994) — once a vial has been opened, the sterility and the identity of its contents can no longer be ensured.
The cost of the return is borne by you, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
7. Defective or incorrect products
Check your order upon receipt. If anything is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, notify us within a reasonable time: we will replace it or refund the amount, at our own expense. Your statutory rights regarding the seller’s liability are not affected.
8. Customer account
You may order as a guest or with an account. The account gives access to the history and status of your orders. You are responsible for access to your email, as sign-in takes place through it.
9. Limitation of liability
We accept no liability for damage resulting from use of the products in breach of the terms of section 2, in particular from administration to a human or an animal. No provision of these terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or bodily injury, nor does it affect the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.
10. Governing law
Greek law applies. For consumer disputes you may contact the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
