CAGRILINTIDE

Cagrilintide

Minimum order 2 vials or 2 pens — delivery in 2 weeks
It's not GLP-1 — it's amylin, the other satiety switch. Together with semaglutide it delivered −20.4% in 3,417 people.

Category I — Weight Loss 🧮 Reconstitution calculator €99 – €175 from €79.20 to €140

There's another road to fullness beyond the familiar GLP-1 — and cagrilintide opens it. It's an amylin analog, a hormone your body already makes, which says “I'm full” in its own way.

While the other molecules talk to the stomach and the brain, amylin goes straight to the brainstem — to the nucleus that closes the meal. Two languages, one message, and together it comes through louder.

And the numbers show it beautifully clearly. On its own, in a phase 2 trial, it reached −10.8% and even outperformed liraglutide 2. Combined with semaglutide, in 3,417 people, the journey reached −20.4% in 68 weeks 1.

The one thing worth knowing before you start: the body needs a little time to get used to the new language, with some digestive discomfort at first — it usually passes as the dose progresses.

Research use only, with quality we check before it reaches you — because a good ingredient deserves proper handling from start to finish.

A second switch, not the same button again. Cagrilintide is an amylin analog — a hormone released alongside insulin that shuts down appetite via a different pathway than GLP-1.

Mechanism: GLP-1 works in the stomach and brain. Amylin goes to the brainstem, to the same nucleus that ends a meal. That's why it doesn't just add up with the others — it synergizes.

Numbers, not marketing. On its own: −10.8% in 26 weeks, ahead of liraglutide 2. Together with semaglutide, in 3,417 people: −20.4% in 68 weeks, vs −3.0% on placebo 1.

The straight story: 79.6% of the combination group had digestive side effects, vs 39.9% on placebo 1. Mostly transient — but factor them into the titration.

For research use, not for human consumption. Everything you buy here is quality-controlled — the handling after that is your job.

The switch no other molecule here touches. Everything else in the category plays with GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. Cagrilintide is an amylin analog — a pancreatic hormone the body releases together with insulin, which says “I'm full” via a different route.

On its own, and only in phase 2: −10.8% in 26 weeks. In the same trial it was compared head-to-head with liraglutide 3.0 mg, an approved weight-loss drug — and beat it: 10.8% vs 9.0% 2.

And combined with semaglutide, the number changes league. The combination (CagriSema) in a phase 3 trial with 3,417 people, 68 weeks: −20.4% vs −3.0% on placebo 1. A difference of 17.3 percentage points.

Why the synergy works: two different satiety systems, not the same one twice. GLP-1 works in the brain and the stomach; amylin goes to the brainstem, to the same nucleus that ends a meal. That's why cagrilintide is rarely sold on its own.

And the honesty, because it matters here: in the large trial, 79.6% of the combination group had gastrointestinal side effects vs 39.9% on placebo 1. They were mostly transient and mild to moderate — but they were there.
