LEMON BOTTLE

Lemon Bottle

Minimum order 2 vials or 2 pens — delivery in 2 weeks
Injectable fat dissolving has two routes: the strong one, with the detergent, and the gentle one. Lemon Bottle kept the lecithin and dropped the deoxycholate — less swelling, but it works in courses, on specific spots, not in kilos.

Category II — Fat Loss & Body Composition €100 – €250 from €80 to €200

There are two routes to injectable fat dissolving: one like a scalpel, the other like a caress. Lemon Bottle chose the second, and you can see it in its formula.

Not a drop of deoxycholate inside — the ingredient that does the job but leaves its mark. Instead: bromelain from pineapple with anti-edema activity [5], Centella asiatica for healing [6], and baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis, which puts the brakes on lipogenesis [7].

The classic deoxycholate family, as an approved drug, showed improvement in 66.5% of patients versus 22.2% on placebo, confirmed by MRI 1. That shows the category works — not the bottle itself.

And we'll say it plainly: there's no published clinical study yet on Lemon Bottle itself. What we know comes from its ingredients, not from testing it.

It works over a course of sessions, not all at once — patience, not a miracle. For research use, ready-to-use vials, no reconstitution.

Two routes in fat dissolving: the knife or the gentle one. Lemon Bottle took the second — look at the ingredient list, there's no deoxycholate anywhere.

Eleven ingredients, three jobs. Bromelain cuts the swelling [5]. Centella asiatica works on healing [6], baicalin from Scutellaria brakes lipogenesis [7]. Riboflavin closes the list — not by chance.

The category has numbers: pure deoxycholate in phase 3, 516 people, 66.5% improvement versus 22.2% 1. It works, but it stings — 85.7% of complaints at the injection site 1.

The straight talk: Lemon Bottle has no clinical study of its own. What we say comes from the ingredients, not from testing the product itself.

It works on the volume of an area, in courses, not on a percentage of body weight. A finishing tool, not a starting one. For research use, aqueous solution ready to use.

Injectable fat dissolving has two routes. One is a knife. The other is gentle. Lemon Bottle is the second, and that's no accident — it's a design choice, and the literature explains why.

The classic mix for twenty years now has been phosphatidylcholine plus deoxycholate 4. In 2008 someone asked the question that needed asking: which of the two is doing the work? They tested deoxycholate on its own — and it did exactly the same. Same lysis of cell membranes, same histological changes. At high doses: extensive fat necrosis, cysts, necrosis in blood vessel walls 3.

Phosphatidylcholine was the carrier. The detergent was the knife.

And the knife went to the pharmacy. Pure deoxycholic acid became an approved drug: in a phase 3 trial with 516 people, improvement in 66.5% versus 22.2% on placebo, confirmed by MRI 1. A second phase 3, 363 people, same range: 59-65% versus 23% 2. So yes — the category works. It works and it stings: 85.7% of side effects were at the injection site itself 1.

Lemon Bottle took the other route. Look at its own ingredient list: water, pineapple extract, pentylene glycol, bromelain, sodium chloride, lecithin, Centella asiatica, Salvia miltiorrhiza, chamomile, Scutellaria baicalensis, riboflavin. Eleven ingredients. Deoxycholate: nowhere. It kept the carrier and dropped the knife.

Bromelain: pineapple's proteolytic enzyme, with documented anti-edema, anti-inflammatory and fibrinolytic activity 5. In other words, exactly the answer to swelling, the well-known cost of the strong version.

Riboflavin (B2): this is the yellow, and the product owes its name to it. Riboflavin is what FAD is made from, the coenzyme without which β-oxidation can't burn fatty acids — that's the rationale behind the ingredient. And now the honesty: on the ingredient list riboflavin comes last. Bromelain is fourth, lecithin sixth. The yellow sells the name; the other two do the work. You won't read that anywhere else.

And the four botanicals nobody tells you about. Centella asiatica is the plant of the pentacyclic triterpenes — asiaticoside, madecassoside — with decades of literature on wound healing and hypertrophic scars 6. Scutellaria baicalensis gives us baicalin, which in fat cells blocks lipogenesis itself, via β-catenin 7. And alongside them Salvia miltiorrhiza and chamomile, both anti-inflammatory. They're not fillers — it's the same logic: less damage, better healing.

The price of gentleness, no sugar-coating: it works over a course of sessions, not in one. And on the volume of an area, not on a percentage of body weight. It's not the tool you start with. It's the finishing tool — for the pockets that stay put after the rest of the body has slimmed down.

The economics: it comes in 10 mL vials, meaning working volume rather than doses. That's why the 5- and 10-packs have a noticeably lower cost per vial — if you work on areas, you work in courses.

And the bottom line, said once: the numbers above belong to the category, not to the bottle. For Lemon Bottle itself there is no published clinical study — we searched PubMed and there isn't one. What we know, we know from its ingredients and from the route it didn't take.

The ingredient list is the manufacturer's. The studies concern the category of injectable fat dissolving and the individual ingredients — not Lemon Bottle itself, for which there is no published clinical study.
