GHRH / GHRP

Tesamorelin / CJC-1295 No DAC / Ipamorelin

−37% liver fat and −18% visceral fat, in randomized trials. Three molecules that don't put growth hormone into you from outside: they tell your own pituitary to release it, in pulses, the way it does on its own.

You don't measure growth hormone. You measure IGF-1.

That's the first thing you need to know, and half the forums skip right past it: GH is released in pulses. One reading at ten in the morning tells you nothing — you may simply have landed between two pulses. IGF-1 is the integrated signal: stable in the blood, measurable, and the only number that shows whether anything actually happened.

And there are numbers there. With the long-acting version of CJC-1295, a single subcutaneous injection raised IGF-1 1.5 to 3 times, for 9 to 11 days — and after repeated doses it stayed above baseline for up to 28 days 1. With tesamorelin, IGF-1 also rose in a six-month randomized trial 2.

Why these three and not just anything. Raising GH is easy; the hard part is not raising everything else with it. The older GHRPs pushed up cortisol too. Ipamorelin doesn't — not even at more than 200 times its ED50 for GH, and without touching prolactin or TSH 3. A clean signal means you know what you're measuring.

Two doors, one room: one molecule comes in through the GHRH receptor, the other through the ghrelin receptor. They don't just add up — they work together. That's why they're sold together and not separately.

And the honesty, because it's needed here: these are not exogenous growth hormone. They ask your own pituitary to do the work. If it can't, there's nothing to ask of it — and no vial changes that.

They don't give you ready-made growth hormone — they persuade your own pituitary to release it. Like waking up something that was always there inside you.

Two molecules knock on two doors of the same room — one opens through the GHRH receptor, the other through the ghrelin receptor. Together they work in synergy, not simple addition.

And the numbers confirm it: in the belly, −18% visceral fat, held steady for 52 weeks, with triglycerides lower by 51 mg/dL 1. In the liver, −37% fat in twelve months, with 35% below the normal threshold versus just 4% on placebo 2.

The result lasts as long as use continues; when treatment stopped in the study, the visceral fat came back 1. It's not a one-off fix, it's something you maintain.

And ipamorelin is the elegant piece: it raises growth hormone without raising cortisol, even at doses far above what's needed 3. Three vials, each reconstituted separately — a research product, quality-controlled.

−37% liver fat. −18% visceral fat. And the scale isn't the measure. These three molecules aren't sold for kilos — they're sold for the fat you can't see in the mirror and that doesn't come off with dieting at the same pace.

They don't give you growth hormone. They tell your own pituitary to make it. And that's the whole difference: you keep the natural pulsatile rhythm and the feedback mechanisms, instead of bypassing them.

Tesamorelin — the numbers. −37% liver fat in twelve months, randomized and double-blind. 35% of those who took it dropped below the 5% liver fat threshold, versus 4% on placebo 2. In the belly: −18% visceral fat, held at 52 weeks, along with triglycerides down by 51 mg/dL 1.

Visceral fat is the hard part. It's not the fat you can pinch — it's the fat that sits around your organs, doesn't show in the mirror and doesn't come off at the same pace. In the twelve-month study, fasting glucose and glycated hemoglobin did not differ from placebo 2.

CJC-1295 No DAC — and why “No DAC” matters. Two versions of the same molecule are on the market and get mixed up all the time. The version with DAC latches onto albumin: half-life of 5.8–8.1 days, and after a single injection GH rose 2 to 10 times for six days or more 3. No DAC, the one we carry, has no albumin hook: it acts and clears.

And “clears” is the feature, not the flaw. The pituitary isn't designed for a constant signal — it works in pulses. A signal that switches off lets the receptor reset. A signal that never switches off wears it out.

Ipamorelin — raises GH, doesn't raise cortisol. The older GHRPs (GHRP-6, GHRP-2) raised growth hormone, but they also raised ACTH and cortisol along with it: they gave you what you wanted together with its opposite. Ipamorelin was the first that didn't — no ACTH, no cortisol above normal stimulation, even at doses more than 200 times the ED50 for GH. No FSH, LH, prolactin or TSH either 4.

The paper that introduced it is literally titled “Ipamorelin, the first selective growth hormone secretagogue” 4. The selectivity isn't marketing — it's the reason the molecule was made.

Why they're sold as a combo: one works through the GHRH receptor, the other through the ghrelin receptor. Two different doors, same room. Synergy, not just addition.

And a piece of honesty that sells: when tesamorelin was stopped, the visceral fat came back 1. In other words, it's a treatment, not a trick. As long as it's given, it delivers.
