1,267 women, two phase 3 trials, FDA approval in 2019. It doesn't work on the blood vessels — it works in the brain, where desire itself is regulated.
KLOW
Minimum order 2 vials or 2 pens — delivery in 2 weeks
Four peptides in one vial, and each does a different job: GHK-Cu builds, KPV brings down inflammation, BPC-157 brings in blood, thymosin β4 keeps the scar small.
Illustrations of the product — not photos of a specific batch.
A tendon has no blood supply. That's the whole problem.
That's why the thigh strain healed in three weeks while the shoulder you tweaked in March still hurts. Muscle means blood vessels, blood vessels mean healing. Tendons and ligaments are hypovascular tissues — little blood, few cells, months.
BPC-157 works exactly there. Its mechanism is angiogenesis: it brings blood supply to tissue that lacks it. The review in Cell and Tissue Research explicitly positions it as promising for hypovascular and hypocellular tissues, such as tendon and ligament — and notes that across every type of injury tested, the result was consistently positive 1.
TB-500 does the second half. It binds actin and moves cells where they're needed, brings in stem and progenitor cells, builds new blood vessels — and reduces myofibroblasts, meaning less scarring and less fibrosis 3. That's not a detail: scar tissue in a tendon means a tendon that tears again in the same spot.
The human data, without exaggeration. There's one retrospective series of 16 patients given intra-articular BPC-157 for knee pain: 14 of the 16 reported relief 4. Sixteen people, a small and early retrospective series. We mention it because it's all there is in humans — and because elsewhere you'll see it without this sentence.
And one detail that matters: in the published literature, after two decades of studies, no toxic dose has been identified for BPC-157 2.
The blend's GHK-Cu and KPV work in the background: one builds collagen, the other brings down the inflammation it will be built on.
KLOW isn't one peptide — it's four, in the same vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, each with a different role.
GHK-Cu supports collagen and elastin production and inhibits the enzymes that break them down 1. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis across multiple tissue types 2. Thymosin β4 (TB-500) directs cells to the area and reduces myofibroblasts, meaning less scarring 3. KPV is the smallest anti-inflammatory fragment of α-MSH 4.
Human data exist, but they're small-scale: a retrospective series of 16 patients given intra-articular BPC-157 recorded relief in 14 of them 5. Preliminary, not proof.
What we don't know yet: there's no study on the combination of all four peptides together — the literature covers each one separately.
A research-use product. It contains copper, so the copper rules apply: light, oxidation, fridge after reconstitution, aseptic handling — and its color tells you whether it's still good.
Four peptides in one vial. Each does a different job. GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV. It's not “more GHK” — it's four different points in the same process.
Why this combination and not plain GHK: GHK builds — but it builds on top of inflammation. KPV brings the inflammation down, BPC-157 brings in blood, thymosin keeps the scar small. Each one clears the ground for the next.
One detail about BPC-157 worth knowing: in the published literature, after two decades of studies, no toxic dose has been identified 2.
